Our nationwide reach consists of Head Office and currently five branches across the UK.

In order to ensure that NVS can continue to offer the same dedicated customer service a major investment of over £20k in a state of the art customer relationship management system has been made. This has enhanced the ability for NVS to deliver a consistent customer experience whilst growing the company and ensure that the business can be managed effectively and efficiently. 

Each job is allocated and tracked allowing the branches and head office to work efficiently booking in customers and ensuring each fit is arranged as soon possible. The system also allows our suppliers to book directly on to the system.

Jobs can be tracked by branch, fitter, date or supplier with mapping technology plotting a geographic schedule for each fitter.
